Minnesota Twins
After playing baseball for nearly 30 years inside at the Metrodome, the Minnesota Twins finally moved outside when Turner Field was completed in 2010. Since then, the Twins have been playing competitive baseball in a world-class facility in the historic warehouse district of downtown Minneapolis.
Target Field definitely makes its case for one of the premier destinations in the major leagues. The views of the Minneapolis skyline, ticket prices, access, food options, and vantage points to enjoy the game at the park make this beauty of a baseball facility stand out among the best built this century.
On the field, the team have performed well in the AL Central, winning the division for the last 2 years, however, they have yet to make a serious push when it gets to the playoffs. Can the likes of Byron Buxton, Nelson Cruz and Josh Donaldson help bring success to the "Twin City".

THINGS TO DO IN & AROUND MINNEAPOLIS
Minneapolis A.K.A Waterfall City, is a city of great food, sporting attractions, natural beauty, and cultural delights. Some consider it the pearl of the north, and a destination that's easy to fall for.
Few American cities have as much green space within the centre of town as Minneapolis. The area next to the Mississippi River is covered with forest and parkland, with some truly beautiful places to walk, boat, mountain bike and picnic. On a hot summer's day be sure to visit the beaches on Lake Calhoun.
If you love shopping, visiting the Mall of America is simply essential. America's largest shopping mall has over 4.5 million square feet of retail space and hosts attractions like Nickelodeon Universe (a children's theme park) and the Sea Life Minnesota Aquarium within the building itself.
You won't even scratch the surface of what it has to offer in one visit, so set aside a couple of days to visit all of its wings and attractions.
If you love food, you'll love Minneapolis. From the Vietnamese, Chinese and German eateries of Eat Street to the daily farmers' market to the Greek and Scandinavian restaurants in North Minneapolis, dining out is a treat. And don't forget to try local delicacies like the cheese-filled Juicy Lucy burgers and the beers at Surly Brewing Co.
