Chicago Cubs
Nicknamed the Friendly Confines, Wrigley Field is baseball’s second-oldest ballpark, where fans come to see the ivy-covered outfield walls, the classic hand-operated scoreboard, the marquee outside the home-plate entrance and the Cubs play ball!. Stepping into Wrigley Field today is almost like stepping back in time. Fans come out to Wrigley Field whether the Cubs are winning or losing and the ballpark has been the home to many historic moments from Babe Ruth’s called shot in 1932 and the home of the 2016 World Series Champions.
Considered one of the best local scenes in professional sports, Wrigleyville not only has a vibrant pre-and-post-game bar scene but also evokes a classic residential vibe, reminiscent of the urban neighbourhoods of the early-mid 20th century. A day game at Wrigley Field with a hot dog and mustard in one hand, and a beer in the over whilst watching some baseball is one experience that should not be missed when visiting the 'Windy City'.

THINGS TO DO IN CHICAGO
The iconic Loop area is home to museums, theatres and the wonderful Millenium Park. Enjoy fantastic shopping on Magnificent Mile and family fun along the Navy Pier, tucking into some delicious deep-dish pizza, and sip cocktails with incredible views of the city, high up on the 96th floor of the Hancock Tower. Step onto a glass-bottomed platform on the 103rd floor of the Willis Tower before. Cubs fans should head underground to the Billy Goat Tavern (which actually sits underneath Michigan Avenue). The tavern is better known for its involvement in the Curse of the Billy Goat (also known as the "Cubs Curse").
What once began as a railroad and parking lot is now one of the most iconic places in the city of Chicago - Millennium Park. Featuring performance facilities, public artwork, and majestic gardens, it is a great place to walk around after a ballgame the night before. The 'crown jewel' of the park being British artist Anish Kapoor's Cloud Gate - aka The Bean.
