After the Montreal Expos moved to the US capital, the Toronto Blue Jays became the sole Canadien representative in the MLB. Rogers Centre or the SkyDome to a lot of people in baseball was once a revolutionary baseball stadium, the first with a retractable roof and when open, jaw-dropping views of the neighbouring CN Tower. It was even billed as the 9th Wonder of the World, however over time, the Rogers Centre is now viewed as outdated and there have been rumblings for a number of years about renovations or replacement. 

But that shouldn't detract from your experience and enjoyment when watching the Blue Jays. There are plenty of great bars and restaurants to go to before or after the game and if you are looking for a place to stay whilst in Toronto, then there is no place closer than the Toronto Marriott City Centre which is actually in the stadium with rooms overlooking the field.

Speaking of the field, the Blue Jays had a successful period in 2015 and 2016, however now that that team has been dismantled, there is a new generation of Jays who have hit the show, including Cavan Biggio, Bo Bichette and Vladimir Guerrero Jr.
